The Research Camp aims at bringing together both experienced researchers, early career researchers, and PhD students to exchange research ideas and projects in one of the most popular Swiss Alps ski resorts. Topics:

We invite submissions of papers in all areas of financial and management accounting. We encourage submissions of empirical studies employing novel data and approaches both in terms of data gathering (e.g. field studies, experiments, hand-collected) and/or settings (e.g. private firms, European data, banks and financial services) that are of potential interest to regulators and practitioners.

 

Submission Deadline:

The deadline for original papers to be considered for SARAC 2020 is September 1st, 2019. Please email your paper (no author information) and a separate file including author information to sarac@unisg.ch

 

Registration Timeline & Fee / Hotels:

The registration deadline for SARAC 2020 is December 15th, 2019 with a participation fee per person of CHF 295 (CHF 195 for PhD students/non-faculty). The fee covers conference access, paper downloads, coffee breaks, lunch and a conference dinner on Thursday night. Participation is limited so early registration is encouraged! Participants will need to cover their own travel and accommodation costs for which SARAC has obtained special hotel rates at both the Radisson Blu and Hotel Aurora, in Andermatt.  Detailed information is on the SARAC website.

 

Offsite Activities:

We encourage participants to enjoy the Swiss outdoors!  Andermatt offers amazing ski, snow-shoe and mountain walk opportunities.
