The Accounting Research Groups at the Free University of Bolzano and University of Padova are pleased to announce the third edition of the Accounting Summer Camp. The event will be held at the Free University of Bolzano (Italy) on June 26 – 28, 2019. The Accounting Summer Camp aims at bringing together junior and experienced researchers in accounting and will host an Emerging Researchers Consortium (26-27 June) followed by an Accounting Workshop (27-28 June).

We invite submissions of papers in all areas of accounting research. We encourage submissions of empirical studies employing novel data and approaches both in terms of data gathering (e.g. field studies, experiments, surveys, hand-collected) or settings (e.g. private firms, European data, banks and financial services, entrepreneurial firms) to answer research questions of interests to regulators and practitioners.
Original papers to be considered for the Workshop should be submitted no later than April 15th, 2019 via email (Amedeo.pugliese@unipd.it or Massimiliano.bonacchi@unibz.it) Please make sure that the manuscript does not include information about the authors but that it is included in a separate file. All submitted papers will receive a referee report. Papers accepted for presentation will be assigned a discussant to foster debate and receive additional feedback.
Participation to the Workshop will attract a fee of Euros 100; a limited number of papers will be invited for presentation: presenters will be financially supported in their traveling and accommodation. The Conference will start at lunchtime on Thursday 27, ending on Friday 28 June before lunch.
