The Department of Management is formed by a vibrant group of faculty in Accounting, Leadership and Organization Management, and offers a collegial and stimulating environment that promotes collaboration, intellectual curiosity and growth. The Department hosts an annual Qualitative Accounting Research Symposium and is planning to develop a Centre for Research in Accounting Education, which will aim to bridge the gap between accounting research and practice. We value and support community engaged research that has impact and is publishable in leading journals.
