The Joint Research Centre of the European Commission is offering 2 positions (3 years, renewable up to 6) in projects related to banking and finance (broadly defined). Together with more traditional topics, such as systemic risk and banking regulation, the selected candidates are expected to work on emerging topics such as sustainable finance, including climate risk, as well as fintech. The positions are ideally addressed to researchers with PhD in relevant areas, strong quantitative skills and a solid background in data analysis, modelling and econometrics.
